#TBT Spaghetti Squash Casserole with Chicken and Broccoli & Low Cal Brownies

Today’s throwback Thursday we’re recalling our first experience using Coconut Flour as it was called for in this Spaghetti Squash Casserole.  Our dish came out a bit soupy, but the flavors were still quite enjoyable.  This may have kicked off a Spaghetti Squash addiction for us, but there are probably worse things to be hooked on.  For dessert we made a really easy brownie recipe which gave us our first opportunity to use our food processor.  Tara didn’t love the brownies as they were a bit thin and chewy, but since Mark devours everything chocolate they didn’t last long anyway.  All in all, the textures of this meal would not be the best we could come up with, but we learned a lot from the experience, and it was all still tasty.
